Ganzeboom is a Dutch transmissions specialist trading since 1968, selling parts through a Magento webshop. Finding the right part and making sense of fault codes is hard for customers, and every wrong guess is a support email or a lost sale.
We built and shipped a custom AI chat widget that lives on their webshop and answers fault-code and parts questions in plain language. It is the proof behind everything we say about AI: a real product, in production, for a real business in Europe. The relationship has since grown into a digital marketing retainer.
